What is the return policy?
At North Wall Co., we take pride in providing high-quality media wall kits and ensuring every order is prepared with care. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Our media wall kits are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Order Amendments
If you wish to make a change to your media wall selection, this must be done within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us at hello@northwallco.co.uk.
Our team works hard to fulfil orders quickly, contacting us within 12 hours allows us to make any necessary amendments before your order begins processing.
After this period, no changes can be made.
Damaged or Faulty Items
While our products are packaged and handled with care, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your package at hello@northwallco.co.uk.
You must provide clear photographic evidence of the fault. We will review your request and work hard to rectify any damages.
Any resolution, including replacement or repair, is provided at the discretion of North Wall Co.

What is included in the DIY Media Wall Kit?
Our Media Wall Kit includes everything you need for installation – from glue to all necessary fixings and fittings. We’ve spent years trialling and selecting the highest quality products to ensure longevity, durability, and a seamless fitting experience.
Please note: Tools are not included. For the best results, you will require a screwdriver, drill, hammer, and laser level to achieve a perfect fit.
When will I get my order?
Our average processing time is between 1–6 weeks, depending on demand and availability. We will always aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

For customers who require their media wall within a specific timeframe, we also offer an express service at an additional cost.
Can I fit the Media Wall Kit myself?
At North Wall Co., we’ve worked hard to design a professional media wall that can be installed simply and efficiently by our customers. Each kit comes with a clear set of instructions to guide you through the process.
We do recommend carrying out the installation with the help of another person to ensure the best results.
