This product is available for North East delivery or collection from our North East workshop only.

Returns policy
At NorthWall Co., we take pride in providing high-quality media wall kits and ensuring every order is prepared with care. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Our media wall kits and sample packs are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Order Amendments
If you wish to make a change to your media wall selection, this must be done within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us at hello@northwallco.co.uk.
Our team works hard to fulfil orders quickly, contacting us within 12 hours allows us to make any necessary amendments before your order begins processing.
After this period, no changes can be made.
Damaged or Faulty Items
While our products are packaged and handled with care, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your package at hello@northwallco.co.uk.
You must provide clear photographic evidence of the fault. We will review your request and work hard to rectify any damages.
Any resolution, including replacement or repair, is provided at the discretion of NorthWall Co.
Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

When will I receive my order?
Our average processing time is between 1–6 weeks, depending on demand and availability. We will always aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
